    Our penthouse was modern and had a comfortable bed. the friendly services provided reliable free Wi-Fi. - the pool on the premises was well-maintained. - the location was excellent, close to all attractions in Noosa and convenient for getting around. - the property was near the beach, restaurants, Noosa main beach, the junction, and the hill.

    clean place with polite and truly wonderful staff and awesome view of the ocean. location next to national park and hastings street/beach. simple check in and excellent service overall. no charge for laundry and ironing too.

    pool, views, grounds were beautiful

    The noise from the hotel next (pub) door when it closed as the patrons then lingered at the front of The Rise. It was extrememly loud and could be heard even though the doors/windows of the apartment were closed. Stairs to apartment a little challenging with young children

    Stunning setting. Adored the contemporary tranquil environment. Privacy throughout the complex. Gorgeous waterfalls which added to the ambience. Close to all amenities for the purpose of our stay. Highly recommend to anyone. Infact met a work colleague staying at the complex. Spoken to a few people who have said they have stayed there and agree.

    Only drawbacks were the infestation of ants on returning back in the evening. They were all over the wall and the toilet basin it was completely covered. Cleanliness was standard. Requires improvement in the bathroom. Taps not cleaned thoroughly. U bend visual to customers on main bedroom bathroom which was filthy caked in dust.

    The location is magnificent and amazing, close to shops, supermarkets, the beach, National Park. the townhouse is equipped with kitchen appliances. - the Penthouse offers great views. - the property has a good pool and parking.

    It was a great location & the staff were very helpful & friendly. We felt that we were not just a booking in a room. The apartment was clean and spacious. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony & enjoying the view.

    The only complaint was that I didn't like one of the toilets so close to the kitchen.

Its location is magnificent, just a 4-6 minute walk from Lions Park. the contemporary rooms and very pleasant staff make for an all-around good experience.

    The pool was fabulous - heated to 25-27 degrees. The location was convenient - half way between Noosa Junction and Hastings street - both were quite walkable

    It is half way up the hill, so you need to be prepared to walk up hill to get home... but that helps walk off the food
